About Me

I’m Matt Filippi and I have been a huge Yankee fan my whole life. To give you some perspective on this, I will tell you a little about myself. I had season tickets for five seasons until they got ridiculously expensive and unaffordable. I have also had the honor of being at Game 5 of 2001 World Series in which Scott Brosius hit a memorable, game-tying homerun and Game 6 of the 2009 World Series in which the Yankees clinched the Series for the first time in eight years. Another thing about me is that I have seven letters in my full first name (Matthew) to honor the Mick. I started this blog to get my thoughts out in the open. I am not going to beat around the bush; I am going to say what is on my mind whether it’s good or bad.

Anyway, if you are here just to read or to share your opinions, have fun and enjoy!!
